SHIPPING POLICY:
Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
Shipping Method: I use reliable carriers and provide tracking information for all orders.
Estimated Delivery Times: Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Please allow 3-5 business days for U.S. orders.
RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES POLICY:
**Return Requests: Contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons, earring sales are final, they are not eligible for returns.
ALL unauthorized returns will be subject to a 50% restock fee. So please contact us first to initiate the return process
Once a return/exchange request has been initiated & approved, please ship back within 14 days of receipt with an applicable tracking number. We do not offer free returns.
Jewelry must be in its original condition for a full refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Your credit (minus the return shipping fee) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 - 10 business days of the package's return.

As skin discoloration (skin turning "green") is a risk in wearing copper and a completely natural process, no refunds will be given for such occurrences - no exceptions. Skin discoloration is not due to poor quality, it is a natural occurrence that some people experience while wearing copper.
CONDITIONS WHERE ONLY PARTIAL REFUND OR EXCHANGES MAY BE GRANTED:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Any item returned without any prior communication with me.
I will replace OR refund items if they are defective or damaged in any way.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
It may take up to 7 - 10 business days for your refund, depending on your bank.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
